Hi,
I have been watching and masturbating to porn since early teenage. I had a mild PIED when i was in my 22s. I have tried no PMO for more than a year and in last December I finally made it to 135 days, as i felt very recovered and got back with my girllfriend i had sex with her and it was awesome during the moment. I kept doing it for a week non stop but each day i felt like I accumulated more brainfog in my head to the point in which it became annoying and my thought s were blurry. I am wandering how much time will it take before this stops happening, im glad my PIED is gone but i suppose i will have to stay away from sex for a longer time in order to get rid of this annoying sensation.

Has anyone been through a similar experience? or feels the same brainfog/headache?

I think telling my GF what i have been through has helped me a lot she was very cool with it and i showed her some videos about it, i just feel like its hard for her to keep waiting for a very long time before we are able to have normal sex.

Is it wise to stop having sex even if my PIED is recovered?

Thanks a lot for your replies!!

well, if you sprain your ankle it would not be wise to sprint full speed every day immediately after recovery. that is kind of what you did with full week non stop sex

take it slowly and space out Os. try not to O more than once per week. try sex every other day, do go so quickly from 0 to 100.

you are still fresh as a mf. fully recovered PIED after 135 is phenomenal. you got your feelings back (down there) or just the erection? you said it and for sure you had mild version of PIED as more severe cases needs at least double if not triple or quadruple more time to fully recover from PIED.

good luck, take it slowly and enjoy yourself  8)

i completely missed this part. i misinterpreted word PMO for sex. you need to stay away from PMO forever. no more PMO or you are back to PIED, brain fog, cravings etc. http://yourbrainonporn.com/what-is-it-like-to-experiment-with-porn-after-recovery

Thanks a lot Numez, i find your comment very helpful!!

By the way: I got the erection back as well as the nice sensation (down there). Together with many more advatages, my favourite is being able to appreciate all women more and even myself.

Why PMO when you can have normal sex without PIED? You can MO to thoughts time to time but don't ever PMO again if you can, it will bring back all the negative consequences.
