We are kind of in the same place. This is Day 2 for me. Maybe we should go on for 1 month.

I am 21 year old. I decided to quit porn because of anexity and depression. I have social anexity problem. I tried so many things to overcome it . and one day I accidentally found this site. And learned that my problems is because of my porn use so I decided to quit.

day 1
brain fog affecting my study. unable to study. my university exams are near. this is the biggest damage done by pmo to myself. i promise myself that from today i never thought about PMO. i am sorry to myself. i never think about the bad effect of pmo on my helth. but there is one hope that this is will changed . rebooting is the best remedy.

I have 6 years of relapse cycles. I wasted my whole college life. Everyone has best days when they are in college but i have social anexity , PMO , headaches , sexual thoughts in mind for whole day. I never enjoyed my life in this years. I am never in sexual relationship with any girl. I was losed my girlfriend because of this addiction. Before this addiction i am a bright student in academics.
But now i am worst student of my class. I am now serious about my addiction.
Today i read noah charch story . that motivated me now.
I advice you all to first fully learn about porn addiction and then start.

If it helps you, I am a 23-year-old virgin, PMO'd my way through college. The college life was not that sexual for me and it was the same for most of the guys. I feel these things are overly hyped by the movies and the sex-factor depends on the college, city, and country you are. Some places are more conservative than others. And brother you are 21 years, you have just stepped in your 20s now. Things will happen at their own pace, you are not gonna die a virgin. Judging by whatever you have said, you do realize P has affected our lives pretty badly. Take that as lesson and work to be free from this addiction.
