Day 26 of Jan Challenge  Day 55 current reboot   another tough night  but made it through with no pmo   no mo and no o   must be working though something  that twice this week  had some urges and needed to fight them  ahh well  we go on vacation this week for a few days  should be good for the fight

28 +29.  Yesterday, posting here just did not occur to me, as in the thought did not pass my mind.  I have been clean for a lot longer than 29 days.  It takes a lot of concentration, effort, and commitment to get clean, once addicted, but once you achieve clean, then staying clean becomes second nature.  It is about changing life patterns.

day 29 of Jan challenge   and day 58 of  reboot   actually felt some urges last night   for wanting to hit the old chat line I actually made it there but did not do any sexting or looking at pics   no pmo  no mo   no m   I used to frequent just a general chat line that always turned to sexting and surfing p   tube sites exc  this time i didnt go that road  and  something in my mind said you really dont need to be here at all   I moved along and  hung on wookiepedia  for a while and went to bed  very busy day at work today  and vacation tomorrow

Day 31 of the challenge   Day 60 of current reboot  things going well  Totally forgot to check in yesterday  as we are on vacation and it was a hectic day of travel and fun    Looking forward to the final 3rd in the 90 day reboot
