29 Years Old, Can't Do it Alone
« on: September 15, 2017, 09:39:36 PM »
Longtime lurker, finally gonna try to start this the right way.

I've fallen off the wagon too many times to think I can do it alone. In the last 5 years, I have gone 3-5 months without porn 5-6 times, but I've never been more than 16 days without MO. I always let myself off the hook with conditions (e.g. only thing about real situations from the past) and then it falls apart from there. Looking forward to having some support in this one for once. Day 1 of no PMO begins now.

Thanks dudes.

Good luck for the journey...you will have to do it in any way that will be necessary...otherwise it wont b enough to acomplish a life that you want. This is the basis of any personal development for anyone.

I can relate. I also never managed to really get rid of it; right now at day 0 (again ...); but did manage reasonably long streaks. Somehow you then forget the urgency, or something like that. And then you're lost. Keep going this time!
We are amazingly lucky to be alive: more than 99% of all creatures that ever existed died without offspring. But none of our ancenters (all the way to the first living things) where amongst them ... Lets make full use of that!
