Abstinence alone isn't enough: From extreme PIED to a sex machine

Hello guys,

I've been a heavy porn user since my puberty. I lost my virginity only few months ago at 25. I had the most extreme case of impotence due to porn. I used porn heavily, and used traumatic masturbation grip. I even scarred my penis with extreme friction. I abused porn to the point I was unable to get an erection, even with the most extreme genre of porn. And worse: for a few years, I lost my attraction to women, and escalated to gay and tranny porn. I started to find girls unappealing, no matter how attractive she was, and you know the rest of the story.... I thought I was gay. I didn't act upon those "urges".
I wasn't able to abstain more than two months. I spent two years abstaining from PMO from a week to two months, then relapse. I continued to use porn occasionally. Once every two weeks in average (better than daily use).
My self-esteem was crushed because I saw boys enjoying themselves with hot girls, and I was impotent, lacking self-confidence and unable to interact with women as a man. I was always avoiding real women because I feared a miserable failure.

That didn't help. I decided then to start seeing real women, even if I was not attracted to them as I would. I decided to be bold. I met a lady, I went to her place, and kissed passionately. I was so anxious that I wan unable to get an erection. I programmed my phone to get a fake call and used it as a pretext to leave haha. I met again with her few months ago, and I got decent erections, but we didn't escalate to sex. We stopped to meet.

I met another nice girl (my current GF). We liked each other and started going out. One day we kissed suddenly before one of us leaves the bus to home. It was awkward. I was paralyzed with anxiety: What will I tell her when we try to have sex and I fail to get it up. I didn't tell her about my PIED, but I talked about my fatigue (I suffered from sever insomnia and stress at that time) and how influenced my erections. I told her I just needed some physical intimacy and some time to get my hard erections back. It was not a lie, nor the full story.

We started to meet in my house. We cook together, drink beers, watch netflix and relax haha, and then cuddle in bed until we fall asleep. So, I didn't accept the idea to have a girl sleep in my bed with having sex with her. So, I decided to give her oral sex. It was the first time she gets it, and was so happy. So, in two weeks, we met few times and did the same thing. My libido started to wake up. One night, I was pleasing her, and got suddenly so horny that I wanted intercourse so bad. I had successful sex at the first try, and It was intense.
What amazed me is the absence of premature ejaculation. When I PMOed, I came sometimes in few seconds.
to be honest, I occasionally PMO when she's not around. It really affects my performance later. Now, I do it less often, and I'll stop it sooner. So, the bottom line is: get out of your shell and start meeting women. You need an understanding and affectionate girl. Rewiring is more important than abstinence, in my opinion.

Now, I'm a sex machine. I can do it up to 3 times a day and not feel crushed, like when I orgasmed to porn.


Here are few proven tips to help you reboot faster, and get a libido of a beast:


1- Avoid PMO as often as possible
2- Get enough high quality sleep
3- If you masturbate, use a lube. If you do it raw, your penis will keratinize and become less sensitive.
4- Have a healthy diet : avoid processed foods, eat good fats (olive oil, avocado, fish etc), good carbs (whole-wheat products), eat A LOT OF EGGS (it will increase your testosterone levels), get enough proteins.
5- LIFT WEIGHTS or do RESISTANCE TRAINING: They will just skyrocket your T levels, especially when combined with good carbs and fats (especially eggs). Do also some form of cardio.
6- Relax. Take control of your stress levels.

For some i think getting Cialis and just having sex even if it'#s a one off may be an idea. I'm thinking about this myself... it would give me huge confidence and motivation to see my fully erect penis and having sex with a real woman. Right now it seems like a distant dream... if one tasted what it is like...

I can tell you taking viagro and having a hard enough (not 100%) penis and f**king a girl gave me a MASSIVE confidence boost. I felt like a king.

Damn especially considering I haven't even kissed a girl... or even romantically hugged/held their hand or any of that basic stuff... that may give me that drive.

I'm actively improving all the 6 points you gave. I have read some of them somewhere else, and they indeed work (especially working out.. Guys, do this! This boosts your confidence and just makes you feel better.

1- 30 days going strong!
2- about 2 weeks after no-PMO hardmode, my sleep schedule is so much better. I haven't been late for work since then and I can fall asleep easier at earlier times (normally I wasn't tired until
      2AM, now I can go to bed around 11PM). However, I do have slight insomnia, waking up around 4:30-5:00AM everyday. Fall asleep again after ~15 minutes

3- Since I'm going hardmode, this is not applicable for me
4- Need to work on this a bit more. I'm 1.92m and weighing in 80kg. My goal is around 90kg but I lose weight VERY easily. Feeling down etc really ruins my appetite.
5- This has boosted everything the most. I can not advice it enough
6- Something I still need to work on. I can stress very easy if I don't watch it. Again; stress ruins my appetite, which makes me lose weight, which is not good for me.

Don't rush it. Just chill and take up some hobbies.
And viagra will NOT give you sex drive. If you can't feel aroused around women yet, then you're not ready. Keep on the reboot.

I spent more than two years trying to abstain, thinking that it was enough. Let's say 2.5 years. What boosted the process is getting close to a real woman. The first two weeks my erections were weak. After getting quality sleep, eating healthy, consuming a lot of proteins and healthy fats (eggs, avocado, olive oil etc.), lifting weights (I lift for more than two years) and consuming ginger daily, I got a super solid erection. Rock hard, and now I last as long as I want. When I was just masturbating, I had premature ejaculation. Good luck ;)

I was not only impotent, but I lost my attraction to women for a good chunk of time. I seriously believed that I'd never get intimate with a woman.

Don't take cialis.

1- Sleep well,control your stress.
2- Drink ginger tea daily (and eat the part of the bulb you use to get tea). I eat it with an apple because it's quite spicy.
3- Consume good fats: Eggs, avocado, olive oil etc. They will boost your Testosterone levels.
4- Lift weights: you'll get healthier, happier and your testosterone levels wills skyrocket.
5- Meditate for 5-15 minutes daily. it helps, trust me, it helps a lot.

Before recovering, my only dream was to have successful sex with a woman. Now, it's no longer a big deal. Focus on improving your life, things will follow.

Haha, I'm worse dude. From puberty to my 25 years old, I kissed only two girls, and run away because of my low libido.  It doesn't matter man. Things will be better. Sex is no big deal. (well, it's kinda, but not enough for one to hate his life)

I forgot to mention ginger. Every morning, I cut a moderate portion of a bulb. I peel and cut it, then put it in boiling water for few minutes. Then, drink the infusion and eat the portion you put in water. Ginger will make you more energetic and give you solid boners. I can't stress it enough. My penis is literally rock hard. Sometimes I hurt my GF.  Your performance will improve in the gym. Take whey, it will help you get more mass, and no, you won't have side effects. Whey contains essential proteins and BCAA's. It's also quickly digested by the body. Good luck !

About the ginger, I never ate it, but I'll read some articles on how to make it into a tea.

So I went out and got some fresh ginger. I'm slicing them up in about 12 thin pieces and boil them, drink it and eat the leftovers. I also read somewhere that Cayenne Powder is also GREAT for improving erections and even helping people with (PI)ED! So I'm adding about half a tea spoon to the tea. Will probably taste like hell, but who cares huh :)

What are your thoughts on Cayenne Powder? I could even just buy it in the local supermarket!

Now I just hope that not some ED-professional saw me buying these 2 things together  :p :p :p


If anyone else wants to try this. I added 2 big cups of water (enough for 2 cups of tea), added 12 thin slices of ginger, and smashed them a bit with a mortar. Added it to the water, boiled it. After that about 10 minutes on half fire.
Add half a tea spoon of Cayenne Powder and just stir it. Will update in 30 minutes how it tasted.

Jesus the cayenne powder is hot :-[. But no pain no gain. The tea itself is nice, maybe I used a bit too much cayenne (half tea spoon)

Yea i definitely, DEFINITELY used too much powder. God I'm burning up
Will use 1/4 tea spoon next time
