NEW SUCCESS JOURNAL FROM 27-02-2017
hey friends,
i am a 18 year old boy, with thinking of have a good life and be successful in life. but as every successful man have some trouble in his life before he success , i feel we have this struggle in our life.  i tried reboot after i seen body weakness , social anexity . When i started i have 1 to 3 days reboot each time. after some months i able to do 10 days reboot. after that in aug 2016 i did 50 days reboot. after that in dec 2016and jan 2017 i did 33 and 30 days reboot. i also written my success stories in this site. but after relapse i was gone again in addiction cycle. and today is 27th feb 2017 and i remember i relapsed first at 26th jan 2017 after that i did 5,7,10 days reboots. but still not completed final reboot or still not completely leaved the PM; so i starting this journal to keep all things experience track, i writing here what i feel, what i think, how i defeating urges, and more info. I only wnt by reading my journal u reboot and get a motivation to reboot.
trigger of last relapse:
while i am searching on youtube for a video i seen some sexual video advertises. after that i think in mind that- i am a successful rebooter now and there is no chance to fail , so why not i check new videos and come back. after that while checking i played one video . with no no in mind i did M. and not one time i did it two times this day

27-02-2017-First day of reboot
Today i have a upset belly and feeling dumb and bored. today is my university exam starting. not prepared well and this relapse also makes me feel very guilty. I wnt to over this day early. at last day i am in reboot and its 7th day (u read it in comment i posted) i am very good. but after relapse i feeling very bad. had so many urges. not wnt to go away from home today , only wnt to play computer games and see TV , also not wnt to study bcs of a foggy head. i don't know when i completely get away from porn , but i know this time i done this.

https://sites.google.com/site/hackbookeasypeasy/home
pls check it. its very good; when u read it u have a clear mind and u also able to reboot quickly. this book is not a self motivation but a reality of how easy u can reboot.

After success we can't think about our reboot hardwork. how we are worked for just one day reboot at first timne. and bcs of it we fail .

keep in mind that addiction is not a controlled fun. without it its a slow poison to all human social values and human bodies. we are the community here to work for society. we working for our all human being. we are starting rebooters. and good news is that members are increasing for reboot nation.
Again one advice to u all

* Please don't check your sex drives by relapseing.

* keep in mind that because of reboot u r healthy.

* Do sex with ur gf but don't see porn if u wnt to see changes caused by reboot, and if u don't have gf then relax bcs u get it early because of u r rebooted now.

and i leaving porn for my true love.
and see today is 23rd day of my reboot . that is 6th day of my reboot.
at last best of luck.

you want to know what the problem with relapse is? It's that we place this failure stamp on our efforts. Do you all ever figure if a girl in a bikini on the beach that is sexy to you, you look at and that is a form of relapse?
If we relapse, move on. Keep going and try to stretch it longer. If you see something explicit anywhere, even deliberate, you need to consider that as a relapse OR...you could just realize that exposure to explicitness will never end, but you can control it so that you go from 100% (viewing porn daily) to lets say, spread it out to a weekly thing. you see porn on Monday but 3 weeks go by without seeing anything, then look at several pics online after which you don't view any for another three weeks. what do we call it? if your frequency of porn was daily before and now its once a month, can you live with that? Can you control it? Are you happy with that? oh, its still wrong. But really going from 30 day porn binge to 1 day a month porn? I digress.

I got a relapse a few days ago too, but I don't think it's a big problem. Some bad symptoms might comeback but not all of them nor they're as bad as they were. This mean you've lost some efforts, but not all. For example: if you was at day 31, got a relapse, than you should be somewhere between Day 20-25. And you know what ? You only need 3-5 days to get back to the level before you relapse. You've been there before, you'll be back there sooner and easier than someone never been.
Keep forward. Life ahead.

I knew this guy once who had a penthouse subscription. Then, one day he didn't renew the subscription...just because. I was a bit mystified because as a young man I would have loved to see nude young girls arrive monthly in my mailbox, but really what I was in awe about was how my friend was so flippant about it. He just, "stopped.'' I mean, I've read many posts here and frustration to relapse is a big deal here and many wonder if they can ever get along without looking at the stuff. And my friend just, "stopped." Weird huh? He was not a God fearing man, not a Christian. But there are times that the enemy targets people for all the right reasons.
