I am extremely angry at myself. I cant do this . I cannot stop watching porn and PMO ing . I have tried so many methods . It still doesnt help. I can only reboot for 6 days and on the 7 th day i dunno some how i will a wet dream, porn flashback,a stupid Youtube video and many more triggers. Its always on that 7th day i will PMO. I just cannot help it. I have that such high  urge and my penis will erect and i will be sexually aroused . I try to divert my thoughts but later on i will still get back that urge. So this is  my weekly PMO.

To be honest i have been trying to reboot for 3 months / 90 days and every time i fail.

Recently i just PMO , it was triggered when i looked at my penis while doing my business in the toilet. Just like that i became sexually aroused.

I just get so angry after pmoing. I just feel like giving up. Forget about REBOOTING.

 BUT deep inside me i am trying to stop porn completely.

I think i need to shut myself in a dungeon for 90 days to be completely rebooted.
Man why is it so hard to REBOOT

Pls anyone give me some advise.&

For my reboot (which isnt completed yet) whenever I get the super crazy strong urge which is usually during the night or when I'm gonna get in the shower, I give myself a good gut punch and go play with my animals or go hang out with some friends. I also have strong willpower which doesn't give out easy. Before you open your browser, ask yourself how you will feel after. Good luck!

From my experience i gathered so far i can also give you the advice to place a tiny box next to your bed.
Write down activities on paper, fold them and place them in the box. Now everytime you have an urge,
grab on note and do the activities that are written on it. Thay can be as simple as

Cold shower
Cuddling your animal, pet, pillow
Doing a bike tour
Going for a walk in nature
Sitting in the garden/nearest park
 
or also contain things like

Bake a cake
Meet a friend
Drive in your car
.
.
.

you get the idea

Also i have sheet which has written standard actions on it:
Turned off the computer? []
Turned off phone?[]
Left room?[]
Took a cold shower?[]

So everytime you get an urge, follow these easy steps and make a tick behind each line ONLY when you have completed it

Try not to categorize a Wet Dream in the same area as PMO.  The Wet Dream has been going on for centuries before internet porn.  It's an odd feeling to distinguish but your subconscious and a youthful body are doing what they are wired to do at your age.  Don't let that confusion be a source of discouragement for the rest of your reboot.
