I wanted to quickly share my experience. I think Porn induced ED has been affecting me for years. I struggled with my sexuality for years eventually coming out when I was 25. At last I taught all the hardship and mental stress is over. However over the last 5 years every single guy I have been with I either failed to get an erection or lost it. At first I blamed alcohol and then tiredness or depression. But I now realised that it's my addiction to porn and Mausterbation that this ruining my life. I've known this for a long time and have let it destroy any chance I've had of forming a relationship. I now feel worthless and really taught I was cursed or something as it took so long to come out and then this happened. I can never seem to catch a break. I really need to beat this and get my life back on track. I want to enjoy sex and not fear it and constantly have to think of excuses for why I can't get hard. It's so embarrassing and it needs to stop. Any help or advice you guys can give would be amazing.

Hello reboot nation, I am a 24 years old and I have been using porn for years now. I started when I was 15. I was technically a virgin up until a few months ago. I was wondering can rebooting rewire the brain to become aroused by real live partners? I have been with my first girlfriend for about six months now. I have trouble getting hard when its time for sex. I do get aroused by her but the boner does not last very long. I have been doing some research on the internet and most advice suggests that I should quit porn for at least 90 days. Would I be able to engage in any sexual related activities with my girlfriend during my recovery process?

Thanks for any feedback in advance!!
