Don't focus too much on the flatline... I know it can be scary for some but its a good sign your dick needs to recover and you're doing the right thing
I think porn made me depressed and suicidal too

I stopped PMO 34 days ago and I've been on a flatline ever since
Our bodies need to recover from all that excessive nut bustin'

I hear you when you say people don't take porn addiction seriously that's why its the worst addiction
People can't notice it, can access it anywhere, its free, its not dangerous, its considered normal, the stuff is sneaky man

I wish you a goods reboot
Stay strong man

You’re doing it man! Stay strong and embrace the flatline. I try to think of it as proof that our brains are rewriting themselves. Good luck bro

Day 14 - Second week complete!

I have managed to stay away from PMO for two weeks which is a new record for me. However, I'm still in the flatline.

Day 17

Flatline. Feeling strangely calm after being depressed for a few days. I guess mood swings during a reboot are indeed a thing.

Hey Shrek,

just wanna stop by and encourage you to continue going your route. Being in a flatline at the beginning of a reboot and even later on is pretty normal. Try not to focus too much on it. You will notice the difference once you're out of it. And dreams about P suck but unfortunately, they are quite normal (at least I have plenty of them). Also, I'm so happy for you that you tackle this problem being 19 years old. Consider yourself lucky. You're laying the foundation for having a wonderful live.

Take care!

Well, I’m back here again. Unfortunately, my condition did not really improve as I relapsed on the 4th of April. For the following month and a half, I have been continuously relapsing. My relapses got progressively worse from once a week to every other day. However, I’m ready to start over again because I felt a noticeable improvement after 18 days and now know that abstaining from porn and masturbation works. I also believe that if I did not stop posting here I would have more motivation not to relapse.
In other news, I have decided to pay a visit to a urologist to rule out the possibility of my erectile issues having a physical cause. He told me to get a medical analysis (e.g. blood, testosterone, etc.) and then come back later. So I did that. When I returned with the results I was told that my testosterone was not lower than normal but that I actually had excessive amounts of it. Other than that, everything else was pretty much perfect (which is ironic because I am not physically fit at all and an irredeemable couch potato). I also told him everything about my addiction to porn and masturbation and how I suspect that might have affected me. The urologist rejected the idea of PIED almost immediately and told me that he is “100 % sure” that it is all in my head and that I won’t get better if I’ll keep thinking about my erection all the time. So, there’s that.

Don't let the "experts" fool you. My actual urologist and the urologist before that both know about PIED and told me to continue rebooting. They also assured me that there is absolutely no risk in abstainin from masturbation. I'm a bit irritated that your urologist didn't apply an ultra sonic on your cavernous body... If you plan on going back to an urologist, go to another one. Yours won't help your cause... It's crazy that some urologists still don't know about the dangers of porn and even claim unduly that he is a 100% sure about it even though he has never even read a line about the topic. Unbelievable, this makes me angry... He might as well recommend you to start smoking in order to improve your stamina ::)

Day 5

Good day everyone!

I have been continuing my attempts to abstain from PMO but I'm sorry to say that I did not have much success with it in June. However, I started another streak on July 6th and I'm on day 5 of this streak. However, it is not easy. At all. Right now I'm feeling very strong urges but I hope that they will pass soon.
Hopefully, I'll manage to achieve a 30 days streak before my birthday in August!

Feeling very anxious right now. I can go from feeling alright to feeling extremely depressed in a span of a couple of hours. I remember some people saying that mood swings are a part of a reboot. Well, they weren't kidding.

Day 6

Dreamt about relapsing last night. I have noticed that it is happening rather often now. I guess that’s a sign that my addicted brain desperately wants me to relapse for real. Other than that everything seems fine.
