I'm in! After finishing 2018 poorly I want to start 2019 as I mean to go on. For me that is no edging, porn, dating sites. Also i want to reduce the amount of Internet time i spend. Starting from today let's make the change fellow rebooters

Never had homosexual thoughts nor did my porn taste escalate into those realms but since falling off the wagon i have had fantasies of visiting massage parlours and prostitutes something which before ruining 7 months clean didn't cross my mind

Hey. Playing video games has never led to a relapse but I do know what you mean with the "zombie mode" if I play too long. But what you are saying is cutting them out is not going to help my ed recover any quicker?

I work part time as I'm hoping to start college again in September. I hope to do catering as I love cooking so if everything goes to plan that will help fill my free time in a positive way.

Hey PE30 thanks for the reply to answer your questions no gaming and TV is not likely to cause a relapse Internet surfing has the potential to but I feel when I'm doing all 3 I could be doing something much more productive with my time, could they become habit forming? I would say yes particularly gaming as I often lose track of time. But the main question I ask is would stopping these improve the speed of the reboot as when I go on holiday for a couple of weeks I usually feel better.

Hi guys I have been rebooting for the last 5 months and have done OK with 1single relapse in this time. But to say I have a decent reboot I haven't noticed as much progress as I have previously and wondered if I need to avoid other forms of dopamine? I work part time and on my off days after I come home from the gym if I'm bored I find myself mindlessly surfing the Internet or playing videogames or watching TV. Would stopping or limiting this benefit the reboot?

Porn Addiction / Testosterone supplements?
« on: March 12, 2018, 09:01:05 AM »
Hey guys I was looking for some opinions on the use of herbs to increase testosterone and weather it could possibly negatively affect the reboot I'm currently over 100 days clean and I go on holiday in 8 weeks time and was just going to use a herb called tongkat Ali to help with dieting and recovery from training etc. Would it possibly make recovery longer after the supplement is stopped?

« on: February 28, 2018, 05:13:29 PM »
Hey there people. I'm currently 95 days into reboot and seeing some improvement. Something that is of concern to me is I'm getting very irritable and short fused over very little things, I did have anger issues as a teen and managed to get a lid on it with help and my recent temper is causing me to worry its so out of the blue I lost a potential partner by reacting badly to a text and I was wondering if this is a part of reboot as most of the time I'm calm these days

I'd personally avoid it especially early on in a reboot but opinions differ

Hi guys I'm at day 70 today and I'm starting to see some improvement in erection quality but something that is really bugging me is premature ejaculation I recently got into a relationship with a supportive girl who is understanding of my issues but I can't seem to last much longer than 2 minutes it's really getting to me what can I do to improve it or is it just something that will improve with time and consistency of the reboot?

Porn Addiction / Re: Playing video games = Relapse ?

Thank you for your reply William. I get what your saying about dopamine and agree that artificial ways of stimulation are better avoided. Another question would you consider exercise a natural release of dopamine?

William do you believe all artificial dopamine such as gaming, caffeine, gambling etc can contribute to ED and not just porn as I have often wondered this?

A good way to get a dopamine hit naturally is to exercise weather it's weights or cardio substitute gaming with exercise

Hi Ryan. Yes it is normal I think at first I had sex a couple of days ago and I've had urges my advice is to just try to keep busy until they pass. Do not give in to it!

Porn Addiction / Withdrawals come and go?
« on: January 19, 2018, 03:49:39 AM »
Hi guys I'm coming up on day 60 no PMO and everything is going in the right direction but something I have noticed this time is I had a couple of weeks where the anxiety, insomnia etc had pretty much gone away but the last 2 days it has come back not quite as strong but it's there. I have not done anything differently to cause this it just seems to be out of the blue. Has anyone else experienced similar issues could this be PAWS (post acute withdrawal symptoms)?

Ed message are useless I find in a flatline and generally not all that effective, in our case there is nothing wrong with the blood flow to the penis the issue is within our brains not sending the correct signals to our penis. That is my opinion anyway

So reporting in on day 44 things going well on the no Point front I avoid Anything remotely eye catching. Sadly I'm still stuck in a flatline I come out for a day or two max and then back into flatline I do get some morning wood's but not very strong 50% best usually I have had very little rewiring with women but I have kissed and fooled around with a woman and I felt some electricity downstairs. Insomnia can be bad some nights I sleep for 3 hours at a time and have had some quite vivid sexual dreams anxiety comes and goes but it's not as bad or as constant so I am pleased with my progress so far

Hey Jack,I can totally identify with you about the smart phone I thought I would never be able to give up by having one and even tried using an old flip phone. I got by but I realized that I needed it for quite a few things and got a friend to put a block on porn and nudity related pages it's worked so far @28 days in to my latest attempt but It doesn't stop the cravings, those you have to find a way to deal with and try to avoid any potential porn substitute. Good luck with your reboot mate
