I've tried a lot. There is no success.

I'm sorry to hear all that. Can you give some more details on what is happening exactly? What did you try? And what do you notice when you try stopping? What helps? A lot of us have been through some very hard times (myself included) so I feel what you're saying. I really do.

Exercise used to help a lot but now it doesnt work. I also did the recovery nation workshop.

Used to leave porn for 3 days, 5 days, 1 week sometimes more. But not more than 2 weeks. It just doesnt stop. There is no end to the recovery process. i just keep doing it over and over again. Now I dont waste my time on recovery. Just go on with my life. It doesnt even matter that I use porn anymore. Its too much.

Porn Addiction / Stopped Recovery

I haven't been able to beat porn in years. I'm fed up of this. My friends have successfully recovered, except me. I have stopped the recovery process all together. Now I don't give a damn if I can't leave porn. No more recovery for me. I am just waiting for marriage now. Thats it. No more recovery.

Porn Addiction / Re: Video Games. Yay or Nay?

I am another big gamer who has recently given them up. First console was an NES when I was about 4 years old. From there I went much, much deeper.

One tip for guys wanting to avoid video games: try to avoid reading about them and watching related videos too. For a while I had quit gaming but was still watching the gaming news sites and youtube let's play's, but that is like a P addict watching P subs!

I found it became much easier when I cut myself off entirely from that part of the culture. Eventually you almost forget video games even exist, it's great.

I think we should stop fantasizing about games as well e.g. creating strategies in our brain on how to complete a level or how to reach the next rank or buy new stuff, just like we have to stop fantasizing about women if we want to recover from porn. This way the temptation or craving to play games will decrease.

Porn Addiction / Re: Please help - Have started exhibitionism
« on: June 26, 2015, 12:24:36 PM »
This has started after I began to watch porn. Maybe its because of the intense rush that it gives me.

You got it - it's the porn that's been messing up you, me, and everybody here. Quit now before you do something you'll be sorry for for the rest of your life.

The good news is that you are doing this at your home. Yes, get out of there as much as you can and this will help you stay away from porn, too. Going to the library sounds like a productive move. If you are a college student you can use the free counseling services for professional help.

Thanks for the help. :-). I appreciate it. :-)

I have decided that I will go to my college library to study instead of staying at home during those time periods. Thanks a lot for helping me out.

This has started after I began to watch porn. Maybe its because of the intense rush that it gives me. It might also be that I am 21 and I really need a woman's love, in fact I crave love, which is also making me do this but Im expressong this need/craving through the wrong way i.e. through exhibitionism.

Porn Addiction / Please help - Have started exhibitionism
« on: June 25, 2015, 06:47:38 PM »
Guys please help. I have started exhibitionism at home. Whenever a female cousin or maid comes to our home, I try to create a scenario in which they 'accidentally' see me naked. I have tried to create scenarios in my mind that when such a scenario arises, what should my strategy be to stop myself. But this time things are out of control. I create strategies to stop and play them in my mind but when the scene occurs I am unable to stop myself. This way I will lose my respect and dignity. The consequences will be devestating. Please help me before I destroy myself and my life.
