Ages 20-29 / I'm doing it for her.

Hello everyone at Reboot Nation. I'm a 22 years old male, from South America. I've been caught in a masturbation addicition since I was 19 years old. It wasn't until this year when I started to get the synmptoms of excessive masturbation, specifically PE (happened twice now). PA (a lot) along with EDs during intercourse.

I decided that's it's time for me to take a full brain reboot on porn since it started to take a toll on my sexual life that has been taking flight with my new girlfriend/sexual partner too (3 months of relationship already). And what can I tell it is VERY frustrating not being able to fullfill a sexual relationship or pleasing her completly, it destroys me. So I'm mainly doing this for her, in order to make a better sexual partner out of myself, to become better for her, she is my main motivation, but also to enjoy the benefits of a healthier lifestyle and overcoming all the problems porn caused in my sexual/emotional relationship.

I think that's pretty much it, I know I'll be asking questions and giving more details along with time.

I'd like to stick to the journal recommendations so here:

    Did I use porn today? - Yes. For last time and for good now! Damn it.
    What were my triggers? -  Horny during the morning, after an unsatisfactory sexual act with my gf last night.
    How did I soothe my anxiety or stress? - I'm right at it now.
    What am I grateful for today? - Dunno, being alive I guess.
    Day counter! - Is it day zero or day one if I'm starting today?

I'd be thankful for everyone who is willing to help and be a positive guide during my recovery, also any tools, videos, books, information, whatever that helps is appreciated in order to overcome this. So hi to everyone and let's get this started. I know my life will be better from now on.
