anyone have any material that related no pmo and any of the above problems.

any kind of inspiration or self experiences would be cool

Porn Addiction / the urge
« on: October 15, 2014, 07:26:40 AM »
hey all. i just want to know how you all feel when the urge is pulling you to porn and what makes it so strong that alot of us give in. for me i can definitely feel a warm/somewhat tingly sensation in the front of my brain (maybe pfc) and i also just feel like a magnetic force pulls me to my comptuer as i am saying "f it" .

Porn Addiction / tv
« on: October 08, 2014, 10:34:45 AM »
ive been watching alot of tv lately since im not doing pmo. i watched all 5 breaking bad seasons on netflix in like 2 weeks. great show. but the reason why im posting this is because it kept my mind off going to my computer and doing something i wouldnt want to do. maybe ill try to find another show or something else that can occupy my time and keep it off going to my computer.

Porn Addiction / inositol
« on: October 04, 2014, 06:32:31 AM »
hey all you guys out there. recently i have come across something that may be of some help to all of us that are trying to fight the urges of pmo. inositol. check it out. its a good relief for people with anxiety/depression also. only kicker is that you need to take alot of it for it to work. ive tried it out and it kinda motivates me and makes me want to do stuff and definitely helps with the anxiety. so far ive found that its cheap and somewhat effective and can be purchased on amazon in big quanities so...maybe this could be the answer for someone.

Porn Addiction / one thing that helps me
« on: September 16, 2014, 04:13:50 AM »
hey all

i saw a post on fb talking about the benefits of apple cider vineger and how it can help rebalance alot of things internally and i was a little skeptical about it at first but ive been just taking a shot of it in the morning and i feel like it has been helping control my urges throughout the daytime and think more clearly...

it could be a placeabo effect but i dont think so...

either way its a few dollars at your local grocery store and it has a load of benefits...

give it a try!

Porn Addiction / MIND IS CLOUDED
« on: September 12, 2014, 05:13:53 AM »
ive noticed that when i masterbate that my mind tends to not think as much or as hard about anything anymore and is alot lazier. i tend to zone out all the time and just dont give a s!@# about contributing to any conversations or just cant really be witty or think on my feet. anyone else feel like they lose alot of brain power in this way?

Porn Addiction / alcohol and nofap
« on: September 09, 2014, 10:15:42 AM »
Recently, ive taken on the NoFap challenge and ive noticed since doing it ive become considerably irritable. For example, some of my friends that i normally joke around with have actually started getting on my nerves more than ever and instead of responding back with a witty joke to comeback at him or her, i instead have noticed that ive started snapping back at people and going on the offensive. All this being said, I want to say that Nofap has played a part in that and to take it a step further, When i am drinking alcohol, those reactions are amplified x5. I will actually lash out on people if I drink. normally i am a pretty calm person and dont get easily upset but ever since the start of nofap ive realized that controlling my emotions have been tougher in general, especially the irritability. I don't want this to affect my friendships and relationships

Ages 20-29 / stage fright
« on: September 01, 2014, 06:27:19 AM »
hello fellow rebooters,

Some side effects I feel i have encountered as a result of fapping include:

Stage fright
performance anxiety
fear of speaking in front of anyone or putting myself out there(first two pretty much cover it)
excessive sweating in the above mentioned situations
Paruresis(shy bladder when around others)
fast heart beat
increased worrying about alot of things
feeling that i am not in control of myself or emotions

i am hoping by doing the no fap challenge that some of these will be resolved..

Has anyone else encountered these or similar symptoms or would anyone like to share success stories.

Ages 20-29 / cant seem to make it past 20 days
« on: August 31, 2014, 05:11:02 AM »
hey everyone i just joined this website because i feel like porn has been a big problem in my life. ive been using it since around 13-14 and yesterday i just hit my 25th birthday. I have pretty bad social anxiety. if i am talking in front of people or am put on the spot to perform in anyway even if its just like reading something i get pretty anxious but i have noticed that the longer i obstain from porn and masterbating then i feel less of those effects...the problem is i cant make it more than 20 days...just the thought of porn and my brain feels very warm and the addiction takes over..i just wanna know if anyone can gimme tips or if anyone else has a similar story and whether there is light at the end of the tunnel or if im just wasting my time and this is all just a placebo effect..
