Success Stories / Re: Need Motivation? Hear Me Out! Short and Sweet
« on: September 02, 2018, 03:11:34 PM »
Hi Gabe.

I've known this page for 4 years now, and found it googling about my ED of course.
Previous sexual experience: 3 years of constant sex (3 times a week, with short refractory periods, raging boners no problems, long lasting and so on, this is age 17-20)
8 months of no sex, daily PMO (1-2 times in average, regular vanilla porn nothing serious), next thing you know i cant have an E with a much more beautiful girl.
4 years later (now, aged 24) with same girl, no much progress, never P or M for the past 4 years only intercourse, Erections are only good when i have sex continuously for 10 days everyday lets say.
Otherwise it still sucks big time. Fit, non-smoker, non-drinker, checked by several physicians, urologists, cardiologists and results came great they all cant find whats wrong :D

Had two 100+ days hard modes, otherwise have 2 - 3 times a week sex with the gf, with erections differing and PE present. Tried cold showers, nutty food (when i say tried, i mean for a longer period of time) some meditation, kegels and everything i read here. Now focusing on rigorous exercises every second day..

I really have no clue what  to do next. Talked to her in the past, she was like i dont notice any problem and so, but ofc thats what a girl that loves you would say :)
Several wet dreams in those 4 yearts (like 6-7), boners only when sexually active that period otherwise flatline. Other symptoms include weak memory, mood changes..

I look forward to hearing from you. All the best.
Irvin

Had a couple of intercourse sessions past weekend, E seems to come a bit easier now, PE still a problem though. Have little interest and motivation of doing anything.

Nope, i havent watched or urged for porn for more than 3 years. no exceptions. But i get your point, watching porn for us should not be on the list forever no matter how cured we feel we are.

Tnx guys! AloT!!

My gf had a sleepover at myplace we had intercourse twice, erections seem to come easier than they did in the past (still cant get it up by thought or sight only), and the PE issue is slightly better but still obviously present. Been drinking a lot of water and increasing the sleeping time. I think on the long run, getting back to at least 8 hrs of sleep daily will be crucial for this PIED as well as many other issues. As i recall, last 5 years it was about 6 hours sleep maybe 7 which is too low.

for the past 3-4 days i had a total of 7-8 times intercourse, most of which erections were solid (except for the last one when i experienced a DE which lead to losing the erection, maybe for the first time (it was always PE before)). im trying to focus more on her rather than whether its gonna get and stay up or not. Still avoiding sweet food and drinking a lot of water. I can say that last few days did show a slight improvement.

This time i will try to remain active on this page as much as i can. Had 2 o-s from bj y-day and woke up kinda with a MW. I try even not to touch myself nor to think of any kind of stimulation. I started working couple of months ago after finishing uni, so i cant really say that i havent been busy.

Yea, tell me about it. Thx for the reply. Having in mind that there are others who go through what i go through makes me feel a bit better. We must manage stress better and push anxiety out of ourselves as much as we could. Make this PIED look like a totally normal thing in our heads.  But 3 years everyone would have expected some results.. :)

I assume since i got no replies i must have missed the section to post this article. I apologize if thats the case.

Anyways, had intercourse both y-day and today. Today erection was slightly better, only lasted for 1.5-2 mins though. I maxed the nutty food in my diet these 2 days, pistachio, peanuts and almond. A little bit less anxious today after the last session. I really believe now that the problem is more of anxiety sort of than anything else.

Hi,
its been exactly 3 years since i learned about my problem from this very website to which im grateful for its existence. In several sections below I will explain my situation and how i got nowhere near recovery although i followed all the rules for such a long period.

Before PIED: Had successful sex for more than 3 years (age 18-21) all the time. Short refractory period, long lasting and hard erections. No problem whatsoever in getting erections. In average 3 days a week, 2-3 times on the day.

Age 21: About 8 months of PMO, no intercourse in that period. Sometimes twice per day, in average once daily. Nothing hardcore, no gay/lesbian etc. But i did notice that in time the porn that used to turn me on stopped and i was searching for another ones. Novelty.

Age 22:  I met a beautiful girl im still with (im now 24), much more beautiful than those in the past, i had problems getting and keeping it up. I googled a lot, and found this site. Since then i have not M nor watched any kind of P, nor did i miss it. Of course, when i found out i have a problem, i went to have my blood checked, got checked by urologist, endocrinologist and several other docs. Results came back great, not one of them found anything wrong. Nor did i expect them to since i had read most of the articles here before i got checked.

Age 22- age 24(now):
So as I said, i had never M-ed since then nor watched any kind of P. In addition, i had a lot of cold showers ( i mean a lot) eating nutty food, did some meditation for a couple of months and i improved my fitness. I dont smoke, nor do i drink, im pretty fit and play sports 3-4 times a week at least. I had 2 hard modes - no PMO of at least 100 days each, and several (3-4) streaks of no PMO of 30-35 days. Other O-s in between have all been with my gf.  I have talked to her about the problem, she said she didnt notice any problem and that thinks everything is normal. But its not and its obvious its not. During the hard modes i had about 7-8 wet dreams. And only 1-2 days in this 3 year period i have had a MW. I rembember in the past i had it everyday. I begin to think that the problem has become much more a post PIED anxiety problem than anything else, and starting to lose hope about getting cured at all. I have tried and still practice relaxation techniques to reduce the anxiety. Nowadays we have intercourse 1-2 times a week, and its not much different since the beginning of my PIED. It only gets better when we have it several days in a row. But as soon as the streak stops, it gets back to 'normal'.
I desperately need an advice.. Suicidal thoughts, depression are constantly present. My memory has also declined drastically.
Tnx in advance

Im glad for your success bro!

Im in this reboot for 2.5 years now, and im with the same girl as I was when i started it. Moreover  I had previous sexual experience of 2-3 years of constant sex where i had 0 problems, and then for 8 months i was PMOing daily 1-2 times. And then this...
I have almost no progress, never watched P or M-ed for the last 2.5 years, all O-s were from intercourse / bj but erections are still poor whenever i get them.. so articles like yours motivate me a lot, as not many here suffer from this condition for so long.

May you enjoy porn free life xD

not better at all...

I had some ups and downs, i think the earlier i get up the more energy i have throughout the day and the better the erections seem to be so i will try this for the near future. As for the cold showers they do help a lot, in sense of releasing stress and sleeping better. Have to get used to them though...

Had another o from intercourse today. I really dont know whats going on, its been 2.5 years already since i last watched P or M-ed..

Mood is at ultimate low

Congratulations!!

Im 2 years and 3 months in, still not recovered so posts like this give me hope!

Well done bro
