Porn Addiction / Re: Got triggered but my body just O'd on its own?
« on: October 20, 2019, 11:26:50 AM »
That was happened to me the last relapse almost 2 years ago. After 56 days of streak. The urges were constantly trough the whole day and by night I O'ed but there wasn't thoughts at all, it were a strongest urges I've ever had just feeling that I could Oed anytime.

It was natural like I'm experiencing right now after 92 days of flatline. The urges are so strong in my body…I'm excited for anything. No P no psubs…
I feel that I can Oing anytime. I'm trying to don't fail this time.

Sorry to hear that,
How it was happened?
Did you install porn blockers?
The process requires commitment and some action (go out, make exercise, avoid thoughts, reading, distracting and focus in other things…) when the urges and cravings appears.
1. Learn about how it works the visual artificial stimulation in our brains (high dopamine levels)
2. Install porn blockers in computer, tablet and phone. Avoid thoughts and fantasies
3. Learn to live with the withdrawal (all related with the abstinence period in the first 90 days like pains, depression, sadness, loneliness, anger…)

Learn about how you relapsed, take notes and start again
Don't give up!

hahah I like sober october term!

Axel,
Install a porn blocker, that's the point.
Also you can try to read 5 or 10 pages of a book, relax trough meditation and go to bed to sleep.

Well said Lero!

Artificial visual stimulation is what really is.

Once you deleted all the porn from your hard drives, once you installed porn blockers in phones and computers, the 'Poison' just persist in our minds. Porn will come in thoughts, memories, girls walking down the streets, in many many shapes. We have to avoid all of this to resensitize our minds.

That's right!

Today begins your new life man!

To be ready, please read this, it will help you:
https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/action-or-not-have-you-actually-prepared-for-it.3549/
http://www.covenanteyes.com/2014/02/28/hypofrontality/

Take your time and be prepared for the reboot, make a plan and start from there.
I mean that you have to be ready for the battle, mentally.
Make a plan:

- throw away out the alcohol
- Install porn blockers in your computer and mobile phone and delete porn and hot pics to avoid triggers and relapses
- No facebook, tinder, twitter, pinterest, tumblr…social networks in general. They are bad partners…
- Make a plan when the urges and cravings appears: Exercise, go out for a walk, go to buy food or shopping, cooking new recipes, healthy recipes, go to expositions, to   the library (choose an interesting book to read)…

All my help and support
Cheers!
