I can't tell if what I have is a sign of the flatline or something more serious. Recently I have noticed an increase of veins on my penis, both in the big blue ones that are also noticeable when flaccid and skinny purple spider veins. I looked online and they say that this is normal but I can't help bu worry. Ive been PMO free for about 2-3 weeks and I am going to the doctor tomorrow to see if there is anything wrong with me. So I decided to see if I can get an erection on my own (without porn of course). The result was disappointing. I was not able to achieve an erection and what I got was probably 65%. But it felt weird, I did not feel like my usual erection, I felt like it grew more width wide that length, more than usual, and it felt decently hard but it just didn't have the same shape. Regardless I lost this "erection" almost immediately, it probably lasted 5 seconds. Have anybody had any experience about this, is this a sign of a venous leak, has anybody had an increase number of veins and do they go away. I am just kind of worried and wondering if anybody has had similar experiences?

I was worried about veinous leakage as well. Good idea by going to the doctor to figure it out, they should be able to help you come to a conclusion. I am only 18, and if you are also very young, its highly unlikely that you have this very rare condition.
Regarding your "oddly" shaped boners, I have this problem as well. Unless I'm watching porn, any form of erection I have seems to be girthy rather than lengthy. This is, I believe, a symptom of porn addiction/ PIED. Your dick is not fully working, but abstaining from porn will not only recover your erections, but their shape and strength. Stay strong.

However if you can get an erection with porn but not without, the case is clear. Venous leak can not do something like this.
More so you said it yourself, its normal that you can see the blood vessels on your penis. Besides that, you cant see if you have venous leak just by looking at your penis. The veins that are playing a role on venous leak are inside your body. They go dorsally, which means from your penis in the direction of your back.
Venous Leak means your penis gets enough blood, but your veins dont narrow enough to make the blood stay inside your penis.
I myself had a surgery for venous leak, thats why i know some things about it. Because of the fact, that you can get an erection with porn, it can not be Venous Leak.
Just one more thing: Most of the doctors did not catch up with the fact, that PIED is a thing, because it is such a new phenomenon (high speed internet occured around the 2000s). So if you ask him, he might tell you, that sexual problems caused by porn do not exist.
If thats the case, just ask yourself again why you are able to get an erection with porn but none without. There is no disease, that can cause something like this.
