6 Year journey Update

I started using porn later than others at 16 and due to limited access didn't use that much until I was an adult. From age 18 to almost 21 my porn usage became an addiction. When I learned about the effects porn addiction can have at the end of 2013 I saw a chance to change my life for the better. On my first try I quit porn and masturbation for 220+ days but relapsed in september 2014. Since then I have been on a journey to try and quit porn for good. I've been in two relationships since then. One was a really toxic situation but let me know I had delayed ejaculation since I had never had consistent sex before. My current relationship is awesome and we've been together for 2 and a half years. I was able to conquer my DE with her and was doing a fairly good job at staying away from porn the first year of our relationship. In the start of 2018 I got really addicted to gaming and through that I got back into porn. From 2014 until 2018 I was making it between a week to 3 weeks without porn at a time which wasn't perfect but it was better than how it was almost daily before I quit for the 220 days. When I got addicted to gaming my porn usage shot up from around 3-5 times a month to 10 times a month. I had been using pluckeye for about a year at this point because k9 was too easy to get around. However when I'd get a craving I'd spend hours trying to get around pluckeye and was usually successful. Over the past year and a half my porn usage increased and I feel like I've lost a lot of the gains I made from 2013-2017. This year my libido has almost completely disappeared and I've become really withdrawn. I feel like this is partly because of my increased porn use.

I haven't posted on here in over 2 years but I wanted to post today to share my story. I finally found a configuration for pluckeye that works for me and that combined with a strong determination to get back the progress I had made has led to me being both pmo and mo free for the past 34 days which is the longest I've gone in 3 years. I hope this can be a new beginning for me.
