49 yrs old Just started my Journey

Hello, I found out that I had PIED after starting to date a woman three weeks ago. I wanted to have sex and couldn't because I used porn for masturbation for 4+ years. I did not get into heavy fetishes just hardcore sex at first then transition to amateur porn. I mostly use anal sex, oral creampies and women scat. I just started my journey on September 18th and its been seven days. I told my woman and for now shes ok with my conditions and I told her that I am doing 90days.  The first week has been good and no urges yet and every once in a while I have semi hard ons. I plan to evaluate my condition after 30 days and either go for 2 months before trying to have regular sex with her.
