Need advice on porn addiction

I?m 19 years old and I think I have mild PIED

I?ve been masturbating with porn since the age of 14. It?s extremely hard for me keep an erection when I?m with a girl, and a couple weeks ago I simply just couldn?t have sex because of it.

I can still masturbate without porn, but it?s still hard for me to get and maintain a erection.
I?m on day 3 of no PMO. The longest I?ve gone without porn or masturbation for the past couple years is maybe a month?

Can you guys give me some tips? And maybe stuff to look out for?

Hey man, I'm 26 and might be able to provide some insight. Please please please, stop PMOing if you can brother. If I could go back and tell my 19 year old self one thing, it would be how many problems this causes down the road. First, no need to freak out/worry, you're 19 and you'll heal fast if you learn how to take PMO out of your life in the long-term. Struggled with addiction/PIED for years and years. Have stopped PMOing for years, came back to it later and currently almost healed but it's taken a long time.

This is a personal thing, but I believe in Jesus and am waiting for sex till marriage but that's not everyone's purgative (I've messed around with woman but not sex which I'm not proud of). I think if I had to put 3 simple steps (haha as if anything is this simple), it'd be:

1. Find long-term strategies to deal with stress. Rewiring your brain is a tough but necessary process. When stress/horniness/drive comes, I thank God that my emotions/mind don't control me, breath and let the wave pass, and look at my "why's".

2. The computer is where it all ends but the beginning is not looking at woman objectively or comparing them. You can't control the first look but you can control the second. Make it a habit to not objectify woman with your eyes/mind.

3. Write in your phone lies, then truths such as : Lie: This will feel good and relieve me of stress. This will be the last time I do it. Truth: There is no last time. I want to have intimacy/connection with a woman through the means of sex, not just meaningless hook-ups that culture sells us. There will always be a woman who is more beautiful and you will continue down the same path again and again. If you don't stop now, you won't stop in the future.
