Hey I am 23 years old, stopped watching porn along time ago, and even stopped mastrubating

Found Nofap, Yourbrinon porn and other sites which scared me a little and therefore I need a better understanding

People were talking about PIED and maintaining an erection..

I have not watched porn for some years and just kept having sex. Somehow I even stopped mastrubating, don't know when the last time was, I just don't have the urge to do it, what I want is just the real thing.
When I was a teenager I watched porn but I think i was never addicted to it as when I stopped watching it there was no difference.

But my question is what is a normal healthy erection. When you are aroused and kiss for 30 minutes or more (or do other activities which do not involve your erection, cunnilingus, cuddling etc..) Should a dick stay rock hard for 30 minutes or even more without it being touched?


Cause sometimes it does (without direct stimulation) and other times when after going down on her I feel that I am a bit semi hard I give few strokes or she gives me a hand job for 5-10 seconds and I am again hard and ready for interocurse. So even when dead tired or stressed out intercourse is possible.


Sometimes after orgasm I can get another erection after 15-30 minutes, less when I get foreplay.$


It all varies there were times I was hard for 30 minutes without being touched down there. But if foreplay will continue with some touches I can keep it up as long as I want.

And as I remember when i watch porn it did not give me an erection, I had to stimulate it. With a girl this is diffirent, but I guess this is normal.

It's rare to be rock hard for 30 mins after a kiss btw. That's not normal haha! We're not gods. When I was not suffering from PIED I could get fully hard with no touch if my ex-gf was about to give me a bj. Or if she was trying on underwear etc etc.
But I'd usually give it a few strokes to get rock hard.

Like me after cunnilingus when I am not fully hard need a bit of stimulation to be ready for interocurse. But it seems the guy still need direct stimulation to get and stay hard, so this might be maybe still porn in play?
