Hey guys. I have been addicted for almost three years now and I really want to quit, for personal and religious reasons. I've searched up help on YouTube, but most aren't really too helpful, so if you guys have any strategies you used or anything you that would be effective, please share them!????ufabet9x.com

yup, back to youtube. Search for "sexual self mastery series" by universal man on youtube. There is a playlist.

You should read "WHACK" : https://www.amazon.com/Wack-Addicted-Internet-Noah-Church/dp/0692216219
It definitely helped me a lot, tho be aware - its presented from strictly a secular point of view. The thing is there's really only one path - cold turkey. There's no such thing as "I'll just watch a little today and then slowly decrease until I'm clean", b/c of the brain's dopamine addiction. Get it and read it, it will help.

Diet and exercise are healthy in more ways than one. A vigorous workout releases dopamine into the brain as a self-congratulatory mechanism. This will help decrease cravings. Diet is important too. Sugar and fats make you lethargic and apathetic, which leads to easier relapses. Stay away from them.

You are rare one to include fats into bad diet  ;D everybody is solely against sugar (fruits always okay though ;D, its cookies, chocolate, icecream.... a.k.a. lots of fat ;D)
