I'm also confused about this.
Watch Gabe's video on rebooting basics. I first saw it at yourbrainonporn.com . It's a period of no libido during reboot. I thought I was having it but, it was depression and no sexual stimulation.
If we avoid all stimulation it's hard to tell if it's flatline. Still people report no sexual response even with healthy stimulation, so maybe that's it.
Also I wonder how common depression is when we change our dopamine habit?
