Masturbating to a real woman

Hi, I have a doubt about the NO FAP thing...

is it harmful if you masturbate thinking of that time you were having sex with that special lady?

or is it just harmful to masturbate to porn?

Fantasizing activates the same pathways as porn would do only with a lower stimulus. You should avoid porn and fantasizing at all costs as the neural pathways of your P addiction (if you have one) get activated.

May I ask, how often do you masturbate?

masturbating to a real women (porn stars or ex girlfriend) is as bad as masturbating to hentai or other cartoon like thing. its artificial stimuli that is the problem. both real or anime characters are artificial stimuli because they are not real, its only in your head. there is no real person. that is the problem, that is porn.

Thank you guys, things are clear now...
Answering the question of Pete McVries, I used to masturbate to porn between 2 through 3 times a day... until I started to get flat line...

And then, I went to the doctors, started to make several exams, not only to investigate the cause of my ED, but a lot of other things caused by an overwelming stress I got into by then...
Then I discovered the book of gary wilson that clarified a lot these things to me... and I stopped watching porn since august this year.
I do not watch porn anymore... but sometimes I was relapsing because of the girls almost naked in Facebook and Instagram... So, I decided to delete these apps from my cell, last week...
I still haven't been able to go through a whole month without masturbating... but I do it, maybe five times a month... I think it's a progress, but I am using medicine to have erection... I went to the urologist and he told me to use a medicine for two months so that I would return to normal...
I'm using it, and I feel normal... I'm feeling great... [Moderator's note: explicit, graphic comment deleted].
