Can a Flatline be intermittent?

Hi all

I have never been active on this forum before but I am aware of it from seeing articles and videos from Gabe on yourbrainonporn.

I just need advice on one question to see if this is normal or not.

I quit porn 40+ days ago and its been relatively easy to stay away from it as I do not have any desire to watch it.

Is it common during a reboot for sexual desire/libido to fluctuate? I am fully aware of the flat line but can it come and go during a reboot. I felt I flat lined early on, but then I gained an increase in libido and erectile response but now randomly it has gone the other way again. Do people go in and out of a flatline several times during a reboot or do most people just have one long flat line and then that is it everything works okay again?

Appreciate as many responses as possible so I can get a good picture of things. Thanks all

In my experience, the flatline has come and gone.

I had a long flatline followed by a resurgence in libido ... and now back in flatline again. Wasn't triggered by PMO.

I seem to flatline everytime I orgasm during sex.
Been on nofap for 6 months, started getting erections but now I'm back in flatline and struggling to get erections again.

I'm at 9 months and my experience is the same.  The flatline comes and goes.  They can be tough to deal with so stay persistent and don't give up.

I am at a little over 6 months and in a big flatline. Lol almost feel worthless. I am not worried about pmoing thats long gone. But i feel like i dont have a sex drive at all anf just dead between the legs...... ughhhhh so over this shit. Lol

Have you had any signs of life at all.
I seem able to have sex most of the time but difficult to maintain.
I can't get hard on my own and I never get morning wood though.

No sex. Me and my ex split over the issue. Morning wood was getting some regular. But haven't had it as often maybe twice in three weeks.  Just have no sex drive and feel dead between the legs. I have seiver pied. Not even porn could get me hard it was only the pill and physical stimulation that worked. I never knew masturbation and porn could do this to a man. Shit i thought it was normal till now.

It's worrying to think 6 months into it we're both still suffering this badly!
I'd hate to think this is permanent but it's starting to feel that way!

I'm 9 months in and still having issues.  I have had rare occasions of successful sex with my wife but it's rare.  I've got both ED and PE working against me.  I've heard of some taking a year or longer to recover.  Sounds like I'm gonna be one of those.  Just hopeful I recover at all.

I'm in a flatline and today was good but yesterday this girl got me so angry...over just some little shit when I looked at it,its crazy how angry this makes me get sometimes over very foolish stuff.
