I'm 24 years old. My suffering with porn began at the age of 14.Last April I realized that it's not just a bad habit . At that time I was talking to one of my friends about my problem and he told me that it's a type of addiction and to get rid of it I need someone to help me with that and I watched videos for a researcher talking about pornography addiction. Since "then" I've internet filter and accountability partner program installed on my laptop and my relapses decreased. The good point was that my accountability partner was my colleague so I met him almost every day during work, but I traveled to a new place recently so I asked my roommate to put passwords for the programs. The programs are not so efficient cause I've to be the admin of my laptop for my work stuff so I can disable the programs. Also I can't talk to my roommate about the details of my problem as I don't know him well and it was so difficult when I asked him to put the passwords but I asked him and he accepted. I tried to contact with my old accountability partner but he's busy nowadays, that's why I'm writing in the forum and I wish I find a partner
