Failed a few times, any advice?

Hello I have read and watched all the material that is provided from this great website and completely understand what the issue is and how I should go about fixing it (Essentially a hard reboot and improvements in my life as a whole)

I have managed to get to 19 days in the past and saw pretty good improvements on my mental clarity and I would say some mild improvements regarding E.D (I understand 19 days is not very long so nothing extraordinary)

However, one thing I seem to notice is that I'm either in the all in and completely obsessing about the time that has past or just in the complete not bothered about recovery even though I understand the problems it is causing.

The complex approach you have chosen needs some more time to make significant changes.
Thus, keep trying, Bro! Good luck!

Obsessing about how long you've been free of porn is counter-productive. The point is to reduce the significance of PMO in your life as much as possible. So how does obsessing over it help with that? Start training yourself to focus on other things; the less you think about PMO the better.
