Wow, it's been 120 days without masturbation yeah!!! It couldn't get easier than that. I'm still having thoughts though, will they ever going to be impeached?

Well, simple question is to control your mind. Guard your eyes. For me, it's been over 5 months now and I'm nowhere near full recovery yet. Once you get used to controlling your mind and guarding your eyes, sooner or later you'll lose interest in pornography and masturbation.

It's up to you. You decide the rules of your own recovery. Some people do a month or a few months of complete abstinence as they believe that speeds up their recovery. I personally still engage in normal sex and treat it separately but ask yourself what you think it right for you.
