First day of new life

Although I could write a book with all my Really-bad experiences, nobody would read such a long post so let's make it shorter.
-44 years old staright man
-PMO adict since I was 15.
-Have quit for some periods no longer than 1 month several times.
-ED since I was my 1st female partner. Sometimes I can work well, but because I use "morning Woods" or think about Porn fantasies while I do it.

I have looked into many help webs with no much luck, but I found today this one during my "post orgasm regret" period and I've decided to get rid of all of this for good.
Porn is not a guest that comes alone: It brings prostitutes, money losing, work and marriage destruction and in my particular case adiction to lovers (Technical name is satyriasis).

My life is still not destroyed, but if i don't act inmediately it will sure be.
Today is Day 1. Great days will come, I promise.

I'm sure you already know it, but I'd like to reccomend the movie "Thanks for sharing". It also changed my life.

I will allway thank the day i found this Nation.

I could stand sober for 1 month, i can't believe it.
And the best thing is I haven't had any need of PMO. What I have tried is to have my mind completely full of other stuff: Gym, learn languages, cycling, netflix series. Literrally, I didn't have time for Porn.

Arthur2, I'm from Spain. Satyriasis is what is called "Don Juan" syndrome. I like to.. (or rather I liked  to) have sex with different women, as many as I could. My goal was to seduce them and once I could have sex a couple of times, I had the compulsive need to have a different one.
In the beginning it was funny, now it's not.
But I've been 1 month sober of that too.
