Maybe it's part of aging, but I feel like I have an issue. When it comes to sex with my wife I (typically) have never had an issue with getting or maintaining an erection. The response time has increased slightly, but I am in my late 40's now. 
My issue is this; when I want to masturbate, when my wife is away for a long time or she is having her period, it is extremely difficult for me to get an maintain an erection. Is this normal?
I should also add that when I add Porn to the mix, nothing changes. I have trouble getting and maintaining an erection even with the use of porn!
Also, talking to a couple of buddies, I don't have random/ spontaneous erections throughout the day anymore. Is this because I masturbate?
I do have ADHD and take Adderall XR for it. Could these issues be a side effect ?
So have looked and looked for someone that is having the same issues. I infrequently used porn in the past for masturbation, although last week I used it more than I have in the last 2 years. It didn't change the issue I am having.
I have started worrying so much about my issue, that it has started effecting my sex life. I now worry if I'm going to be able to get and maintain an erection with my wife!
