A serious Problem Need Help.

Everything was going well until few days ago when I lost my erection.

I searched all over the internet for solution and then I came around a video from Gabe and I thought may be porn has to do something with my ED.

I have gone to an extreme level while watching porn. I have scored 10/11 points on porn addiction test. I still has erection at night but can't get an erection at day not with a woman. I get erection while watching porn.

Today I met a man who I knew had ED. I asked him some questions (not telling him about my problem). He told me that he gets erection at night but not any other time (just like me) and he also told me he didn't had sex for last three years due to this problem.

I asked him if he used to masturbate during that 3 years period. He said he didn't masturbate and used to have few wet dreams.

Also I want to ask that if I watch porn and don't masturbate will it still be counted as relapse? Or I can watch porn and not masturbate?

IMO, yes -- that still counts as a relapse. You are still gratifying yourself by rewarding your brain with dopamine.

to watch porn is the main problem bro. It creates the coolidge effect.
COOLIDGE EFFECT is when you no longer is turned by a determined person or thing. As watching porn is an easy way to get novelties of nuds... your brain understands that the girls you see on screen are real and the real ones are not actually real... And even the girls you see on screen stards to not turn you on...

so avoiding porn is even more important than stopping masturbating...

No, masturbation cannot cause Erectile Dysfunction ? it is a myth. Masturbation is natural and does not affect the quality or frequency of erections. Research shows that masturbation is very common among all ages. Approximately 70% of males reported masturbating, compared to 48 percent of females. Masturbation even has health benefits. According to Planned Parenthood, masturbation can help release tension, reduce stress, and aid sleep.

No, masturbation alone won't cause ED. But for someone who is struggling with PIED, it can prolong the recovery period.

Of course. Those are the same benefits derived from healthy sex -- which is what we're all after.
