I had this bad urges today and I ended up watching porn for twenty minutes, but I managed not to fap.
Is it bad as a relapse, and if not how bad is it?

Hey friend.
It IS actually a relapse. Whether you masturbate or not, porn is still affecting your brain, still your reward circuits in your brain are getting hijacked by porn, still your brain is getting rewired to porn instead of real people, still you are heading towards porn induced erectile dysfunction. This is the truth that research has found out ,and our believing it or not won't change it. I have experienced it.

Your mind will give you thousands of excuses to watch porn like-" I will watch porn but not fap.that should be okay". But it's not. So I would advice you not to let your mind give you any excuses for watching porn. Porn is a dangerous drug, it can't be good in any way for anybody. Please educate yourself about the harms of pornography on your brain, relationships and the society. There are many websites for that like 'Fight the new drug'.

Whether it is porn or masturbation, a compulsion is a compulsion and it will just ruin your life. I don't know about others, but for me quiting just one of the two didn't work. I am now able to quit porn when I have also quit masturbation. When I used to try seeing porn without fapping, I would end up seeing porn the whole day and would ultimately fap...On the other hand when I tried to masturbate without watching porn, I would end up watching it always thinking ' this is the Last time' but the 'Last time' would never come. So I quit both and now I'm doing good.

All the best for your reboot. I'm with you. Let's do this. Let's fight against this evil and defeat it. Let's fight for Love.

A relapse is when you watch porn deliberately.
