Weird symptom

Does any of you feel uncomfortable on your stomach and intestine from time to time?

Because I still remember last year when I was deeply addicted to porn, I always felt my digest system was not comfortable.

If it is because porn changed our brain deeply and out brain forgot to balance those nerves? My stomach is still weaker than others peoples', it is like last Friday night after drink couple cans of cold beers with my friends my stomach feel really uncomfortable and the second day I suddenly feel giddiness when I playing basketball, very soon, I feel head ache.

The reason I relate digest system to P use is because my stomach is pretty health once before and all these symptom came to me after P addiction.

Digestive system and sexuality are closely related - no big news there. Also it is generally recognized that stress can lead to both: sexual and digestive issues.

We have two different nervous systems in our body: the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system. The former is responsible for action, mainly for fight/flight. It releases adrenaline and allows us to react quick and survive in times of need. The latter is only activated when the body is not under the influence of stress. When we live a stressful life, the balance between those two nervous system gets disturbed in favor of the sympathetic one. When the parasympathetic is supressed for too long, we face the problems that you've mentioned in your post.

Nevertheless, it might be a good idea to check in with a doctor. This might be stress related but it's a good idea to exclude physiological causes first.
