New member; want to live a free life once and for all...

I am so glad that I found this site and support group. I'm a 34 years old male and have been dealing with this problem for over a decade, it sucks.
And its finally putting a strain on my girlfriend. I want to reboot and finally be free of this vise. I've read up on the FAQ and I'll be checking in periodically to see whats new and update on my status.
