Today is day 2 of my reboot, after trying a gazillion time to stay away from porn and trying to get my libido back.
I'm 39, broke up with my girlfriend about almost 2 years ago now because of loss of libido induced by porn, lost my head, left her.
Been single since then and have attended a group session for sex addicts, but left before actually finishing it. Ever since I started studying the addiction and the recovery process.
I'll write here both my feelings, my mood and what I am learning throughout this journey of walking through hell.
