I?m around day 70 hard mode and no flatline. I kiss and cuddle with my girl and get fully hard sometimes. I would have sex and PMO for years before this reboot. Any thoughts?

It could just be you are one of the lucky ones.  I would say enjoy it.  It sounds like you may recover quicker than most.
