Male organ small and shrink. Does it happen in PIED?

Okay, so I might have PIED but does that also shrink male organ to very small size or shall i see a doctor?

How'd it shrink? After fapping or masturbation to porn?

Lol the best of PIED got me when i was about to have sex for basically the first time and yes shrinking is the scariest imagine what happens when you take a cold shower or a jog.
