Hi, I have a question related to rebooting and rewiring. Just a quick background. I don't consider myself a major porn addict but I have always PMO from basically the age of 12 to 33. I did the PIED test and was able to get an erection to porn but not just sensation alone. I have not watched porn (in almost a month) with an exception which is what my question is about I also have not masturbated since sometime in Dec. I consider my streak to have started on Jan 1st.
Anyways my question is during the reboot and rewire phase how do I handle images/videos from a real partner. I am involved with a person sexually who is aware of my current situation and is very supportive. We like to sext and share nudes/videos via snapchat. It hasn't led to any desire to relapse. It has increased my desire for her though when we are apart. She asked if these are against the rules and I told her it is a gray area b/c she is in fact a real person I share a connection with. Due to it being with a real person I share a connection with, is this a good thing, a bad thing or just depends on the person? Anyone here with this kind of experience.
