Need help with anxiety

One of the symptoms of my reboot is anxiety and I need some advices for this. 1 month ago I would only have anxiety when I would go out to parties or socialize with people but only after hanging out, thinking about what I said and that kind stuff but now I have it all days and always starts at 8 pm until I get to sleep and I get very anxious but for no reason. Any tips to manage it?
 
If you aren't already, you need to be meditating and doing some breathwork.

Then doing one of Micheal's meditations.

For my experience, calming anxiety is all about breathing to calm the heart rate down.

What is the reason for your anxiety? It sounds like it is more than just social anxiety since you said it happens every day around 8pm until you fall asleep.

Understanding the root cause may help you to resolve it.
