Looking for some good supplements for speedy recovery and hair loss

Hello,

I have been trying to give up porn as I have lost most of my hair. It was working but then a month back I got a leg fracture and I had to sit at home all day. I wasn't able to stop myself and have been watching porn on daily basis. Now facing symptoms of extreme exhaustion - mental and physical. I will be resuming work next week & have decided to quit porn now without excuse.

I guess over last one month my head must have accumulated excess DHT and loss of other body nutrients. I am more worried about hair loss as I want to retain whatever hair are left. Is there anything I can do or take to speed up DHT cleanup or neutralizing process ?. I am stopping porn and may be use DHT shampoo every 2-3 days. Any good supplements which might be helpful to try ?

Try ashwagandha , shatavari, shwet musali and Shilajit(upakarma)....take ashwagandha (1/3rd tablespoon) and Shilajit (very less amount as indicated on the packet , just the tip of a fork as it's in a paste form) at night with honey milk .....and in the morning , take 1/3rd tablespoon of both shatavari and shwet musali with milk ...but work out regularly as you may face nightfall as they all are sperm enhancers and very warm for the body and they strengthen your body and brain naturally as it is all ayurvedic ..

Shilajit - Upakarma,
Ashwagandha - patanjali
Shwet musli - patanjali
Shatavari - patanjali

Also remember ..that these ayurvedic medicines only work when you follow strict celibacy (no-fap)...and 3-4 months of their regular usage should do the thing... without fapping... REMEMBER ..DO NOT RELAPSE ..DO NOT

I second on Ashwaganda. I take it every morning with my overnight oats and it does noticeably help my mood throughout the day.
