When I am sad and feeling alone I back to porn. How can I avoid this? I was so good, 2 months in hardmode, but out of the blue I screwed up everything just because I was sad.

Sadness takes you back to porn?
Horniness takes me back...
In Your case I would suggest to find out the reason of Your sadness... Lonliness. Maybe...
I am not sure about Your financial situation, but maybe a psychologist or a sexual psychologist would be useful...

Dont think about it as a shrink. It will might help
