Longest time by far!

I was able to cut down for about a year before this last "complete attempt". So i can't say what the limited amount of no pmo has to do with it, but this is the longest I've gone without pmo for the past 31 years. Cold turkey for the last 39 days. I have no big revalations about how I'm doing-a ll I can say is i've never felt like this before. Earlier... never had then drive to care about how I was doing. Right now I feel like an agent without a mission. I'm noticing a push to do SOMETHING but i have nothing planned. I don't even know how to begin planning. But I love the confusion. I've never ...FELT... anything like this before.

Hey chagrin, congrats for this new record ! I completely agree with the agent without a mission. But it also feels like a liberation. You feel kinda lost but you don't really feel the need. It's up to you to fill your time with something more interesting. Yesterday I took a run, it has been ages since I did it, but yesterday seemed easy to do it again.
