Hey , this is just for my personal use and to keep me on track.
Day 6 is done , 84 left for the first Goal.

I advise against projecting yourself consistently on a long-term goal (90 days in this case) because it will promote relapse. Instead, stay in the present day and tell yourself that you must at least be successful today.
