Urgent help.... PIED is crashing me..

Hello guys. Recently I've found this excellent forum and can't stop reading all stories of guys facing PIED. This is my first post.
I'm 35 yo, married since 12 years and have 3 kids.
All my adult life I've watched porn and since last 4 months this caused me PIED.
the Main problem is I'm addict to gay porn.
I'm not gay and never been with a man, is only addiction to porn. But this causes I feel aroused when see other guys, fantasize with them..
Really I don't want this. I love my wife and my kids.
Now is almost imposible keep an erection to penetrate. I feel like the badest man on earth.
I started my reboot 5 days ago with no PMO, but is very hard.
I didn't tell My wife about the porn addiction, I can't. She only knows I have a problem.
I don't know what yo do. Need support of You. Please help me..

Before going into your porn addiction, have you been to a urologist to rule out any health issue that could be causing your ED? Certain medications can also cause ED.
