During the reboot, can I have sex with my partner?

Hello, I started the reboot process, I suffer from EP and sometimes ED, how long should I leave the PMO? Can I have sex with my girlfriend during this period? Can I have M without O? or can I normally have MO?

I'm new to this topic, I really need guidance.

If sex and masturbation stop you from seeing progress then try taking longer breaks in between them. You might be able to still recover with just eliminating porn. Over the course of a few months if sex and masturbation are still not giving you progress then I would go hard mode indefinitely until you see consistent progress.

I think its always advised to give absolutely everything up for at least 3 months and then introduce things that you may want to keep doing, such as sex or maybe masturbation etc - but you need that time at the beginning with nothing, especially as the first 3 months are going to be very trigger heavy!

Try it as much as possible regardless if you can or cannot perform. Just make sure your partner knows what you're trying to achieve. Be honest.

Thank you! And something else, can I kiss my girlfriend? Touch her, Can I give oral sex to my girlfriend?? Without all this representing a relapse?

yeah I was wondering that too, does performing sexual acts to a partner interfere with the healing. Like oral sex, even if I don't get any kind of stimuli on my genitals?
