Now week 20 with out p  i feel Very different lot of mood switches sometimes headaches i alsmost get Every time hard With my girlfriend but we have sometimes to much oral sex let say 5 times a week i think its to much because i am in my recovery . But we dont havent had sex yet because i am very anxious that i wont h? hard . Because in the past happend to me with another girl and i am scared that i will fail . I Also want to have sex with my girlfriend but i am am virgin thats Is scared

Man keep up the good work! All sorts of things pop up during the reboot. But at the end of the day, you are on the right path and and if you keep this up, all this stuff will pass and you will eventually have successful sex.

It's very normal brother. It is just the withdrawals. Please go on yourbrainonporn.com and read as much you can from there. Especially the book. Will definitely help you. Yoga meditation is a must if you want to manage the headaches. Btw where you at now?  :)
