I am in a long distance relationship and therefore we always talk on the phone. Whenever I get intimate with her on the phone (no sex talk or anything), I get the brain fog along with a slight erection (this is weird because I thought I had mild PIED). Most of all this brain fog really is affecting my daily life and this must be a bad sign for my NoFap recovery.
For the record and to be honest, before I got into a relationship with her I used to fap to audio pornography which I am ashamed of now. My theory is that, when I'm intimate with her on the phone my brain intereprets her voice as "audio porn" because in my past, the closest I've come to listening to a girl's voice like this, is fapping to audio pornography. This may also explain why I get a slight erection given that I believe I suffer from PIED.
What should I do in this situation? Will I have to cut communication with my long distance S.O or will I have to stop being intimate with her on the phone until I recover?
