I've never heard of porn addiction causing sunken eyes. Dehydration and lack of sleep can be causes, so it could be argued that staying up all night watching porn could cause it to happen.
The main difference between real sex and porn is that porn is a super stimuli. In the 10 minutes (it's the average time) it takes to have sex you could have clicked on 40 or more images or porn scenes, each one giving you a new shot of dopamine. Combine this with the average duration of edging while masturbation to porn (for me it could have been an hour). Perhaps staring at a computer screen so intensely might have some impact also.
