Anxiety attacks

Since last relapse, 12 days ago i have everyday anxiety attacks. Something that i havent experienced while rebooting earlier. My muscles shakes, my heart beats fast and i want to hide myself from the world. Every thought hurts and i feel pressure. Its getting hard to resist and a need a relief. I meditate and ride a bike but i dont know if its enough. I begin to rationalize the relapse to feel relief but i know that it is not a way. What can i do to feel a relief? Is this something that i must do not control and it will just go away with time?

I dont think so. I think i have learned to live without PMO. I dont have a pressure of rebooting, i mean i am not having sex anyway  :-[. Maybe its just a withdrawal but if i wont find a way to relief i will end relapsing in few days. I must avoid it. Its not even about potential relapse in the future but just to feel psychical calm.

Sit with them.

Lie down or sit and just observe what's happening in your body without judgment. Try to be as attentive as you can be.

Have you ever sat and really felt what was happening in your heart and your gut? If you've spent years jacking it, your lower chakras have been starved of energy for some time. There will be old blockages the energy that is building up in you now has to break through. You feel that breaking through as anxiety.

It's a good thing - you're healing. Just observe and stick with it.

My mind is very tricky and when going to sleep sexual fantasies pops in my mind. Yeah for sure i felt some kind of relief but its not worth of. Its like escaping the reality. I dont want to fantasy, its hard when they give so much pleasure but there are no excuses to have them.

Meds, right.

Sounds a lot like climbing out of the frying pan and into the fat to me.

I get what you're saying.....  do.  Not sure what you're specifically you're going through, but for me the depression and anxiety were overwhelming. Anxiety is shitty thing to live with.  Right now the low dose of Cipralex has made a huge difference in my life.  So I wanted to put it out there.

Good luck my friend.  Hope you find your solution soon.

Hey friend, I feel for you...anxiety was my biggest problem during my rebooting experience. I had lots of panic attacks and sometimes thought I was going crazy....but don't worry, you aren't! The best thing you can do for your porn related anxiety is to quit porn all together - that will remove this rough ups and downs you have. Another very very useful thing for me was running - a long run took all my energy away to have an anxiety attack.

Remember: it definitely does get better. I had anxiety attacks for a good portion of my reboot and now they have....simply disappeared! I haven't had one in over a year. Pretty remarkable! You can get to this spot, too, friend. Keep pushing. Remember that it's going to be ok.

Don't worry bro!

Even Gabe had anxiety attacks, feel free to watch his video where he tells about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0dDLWGMhUo#t=450 (I skipped to that part for you)
