Too many wet dreams

Hi everyone.
I have a big problem, I have too many wet dreams. I have a dream wet every three days.
After a wet dream I have a little hunter, then I have a small flat line, and finally another wet dream. This is a sequence that is repeated every three days, for 72 days now.
I no longer have any desire to watch porn, but I do not have a high libido. I always have morning mornings, but they disappear quickly.
I think these wet dreams are slowing down or blocking my reboot.
In 72 days I had 19 wet dreams.
Do you have any advice and opinions?
How many dreams are wet?

Have you ever had some strange wet dreams? I don't usually have wet dreams but I've had a few in my life. When I was in elementary school, I had a wet dream with a guy from school and I'm not gay  :eek: Back then I masturbated myself to death.

:eek: That is indeed a lot of wet dreams. I have one every 10-12 days, it can be devastating.
I used to have one every week until I stopped wearing tight underwear. When I sleep I have loose pyjamas and no underwear.  The difference is a lot less wet dreams and a better recovery.

3 motnhs ago I had a wet dream 4 nights in a row. It's something you don't really control. The only way for me to decrease the chance of having one is sleeping on my back instead of my belly. I found that most of my wet dreams happened when I was sleeping on my stomach and thought maybe it's because you're stroking your dick off the bed. But I don't know is there really any corelation between those two

What K - Dot mentioned is also very true. Always sleep on your back and have your hands outside.

I've recently experienced wet dreams like almost 7 nights in a row. Really draining!. You can also get more than one in a night.
 
our goal is to lower dopamine levels so that dopamine receptors can increase, and we can have an erection again.
meditation is highly recommended, but meditation increases the levels of dopamine by 65%.
So: meditation yes or no?

Sorry to hear you keep getting these darn wet dreams. Keep going, one day it will lessen. As for meditation - it is a great way to shift from nocturnal orgasms as a way to release dopamine. Working out or sports is also a way to get the dopamine flowing, if you're not certain about meditation.
