1 year and 1 month porn free

Hi all,

Here I am again, one year after my first post on this forum. This has been a remarkable year. I have changed a lot and I feel there is still more room for further improvement. What I have accomplished:

36 years old - 20 years of PMO.

I have read and got informed about this addiction, I accepted I had a huge problem, I stopped smoking weed a year ago (short before the beginning of nofap), I also consume less amounts of other drugs. I quit cigarettes six months ago, I am learning to play the guitar, I exercise more, I am in better shape, I became much more social, I saw a change from a negative to a positive mindset, I take more care of myself and my outlook, I am actively looking for my dream job, I visited prostitutes to test my ED and my improvements, after several attempts I managed to have sex again (it had been years!). Two weeks ago I met a woman on Tinder. We have dated four times. She has masturbated me but we have not have sex yet because she wants me to pass a STD test first (I have told her everything and she has been very supportive).

I have not masturbated in the last couple of months and I don't want to masturbate alone never again. I don't want to watch porn never again. Yet, I know I will always need to be cautious. I cannot change the past, but I can decide about the future.

Here is the message I posted a year ago:

Thanks to this community and good luck to everyone.

Hey Hook,
Congrats on your success! It's really amazing. It seems like things have really improved. Great that you have found someone to date too.
I like your attitude about past and future. I am adopting the same attitude.
What has been key to your progress?
This was a really nice read and made me smile. Thank you. Genuinely inspires me!
Wishing you all the best
